Diggi

In my role as the lead designer and front-end developer, I took charge of Diggi, a groundbreaking AI tool designed to revolutionize the traditionally tedious process of form filling.

Tailored specifically for nurses in the USA and several Southeast Asian nations, Diggi transforms a process that once took weeks into an engaging, streamlined experience.

Solution

I reimagined the user journey by introducing a digital companion that guides users through a series of questions, effectively simplifying the task of filling out complex forms and uploading the necessary documents. By integrating elements of gamification with a clean, intuitive interface, the solution not only addressed the functional challenges of manual data entry but also elevated the overall user experience, making the process both efficient and enjoyable.

Approach

My approach was anchored in iterative design thinking, continually refining the experience through ongoing client feedback to ensure every detail met the needs of its diverse user base. On the technical side, I employed modern frameworks and tools—NextJs, Typescript, Orval, and Swagger—to build a robust and scalable front-end. This combination of innovative design and technical precision allowed for a seamless integration of AI capabilities and a user-centric interface.

Impact

The transformation brought about by my contributions to Diggi is both decisive and distinctive. By dramatically reducing the time required to complete a formerly labor-intensive process, I not only enhanced operational efficiency but also delivered a product that genuinely resonates with its users. The success of Diggi stands as a testament to the power of merging innovative design strategies with advanced technology to create solutions that are as effective as they are engaging.
